Covid-19 Update

We have adjusted and are following the governments recommended guidelines and will continue to do so. Our shipping prices have changed and customers may see an increase in delivery times.

How long will it take for orders to fulfilled/processed?

This can take up to 24 hours during the week. On the weekend it may take up to 72 hours. We work with a shipping company that does not work on weekends. When a product has been dispatched we will let you know, at this time we do not track packages but working to do so.

What's Next?

Over the next couple of months there will be a lot of prduct updates and changes to this site. please follow us on instagram and facebook where we will be uploading all of our new product and be able to answer any questions you may have. 15th October- uploading all of our christmas ideas with some having up to a 25% discount untill the end of the month. 15th November- All of our New years products to help celebrate.

Return police summary

From the time that a product is orderd there will be a 30 day window where products are able to be returned or exchanged. Returned- please email customer services for more information. Exchanged- If a product is damaged please send a photo of the damages to the customer service email all product can be exchanged but it's not alway nesersery to return them. if there are any question about returns please contact us and we will get back to you as soon as we can thank you.
